About Me: I'm heading into my second season as Head Athletic Trainer for the Youngstown Steelhounds. I am orginally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. I graduated with a B.S. in Sports Medicine from Central Michigan University (GO CHIPS!!). I stared my career as an intern athletic trainer for the Saginaw Spirit Junior A Hockey Team of the OHL. I then worked for the Philadelphia Phillies as there 'AA' Assistant Athletic Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach in Reading, PA with the Reading Phillies. I spent one season in Reading, PA and decided hockey was much more exciting. When the opportunity in Youngstown presented itself I jumped on it, and I've been here ever since!
Music: Country & Alternative Rock are my preferences but I like all music.
Movies: Saving Private Ryan and We Were Soldiers top the list. I love war movies. I also like comedies like Wedding Crashers, Dodgeball, Anchorman, etc.
TV: Definitely The Sapranos!! I also like The Wire, Nip/Tuck, Rescue Me, The Unit, and any Sports.
Books: I don't read to many books. But, when I can I go for inspiration type books.
Likes: Sports, especially Hockey, Football, and Rugby! On the water, kicking back, with a cold one. Friends and Family, they are the most important part of my life.
Dislikes: Arrogant and Self-centered people, people I can't trust, Losing, bad drivers, not much else.
Hobbies: Sports, concerts, building my best friend's first house, going out with friends.
Vices: Beer, Friends, Beautiful Women

Heroes: Steve Young becuase he is one of the most humbly Hall of Fame NFL quarterback you'll ever meet. Steve Yzerman because he is the definition of Leadership. My Mom becuase she will do the right thing no matter what the circumstances or consequences. My Dad becuase of the support he gave me, he never missed a football/wrestling/basketball/baseball/track/rugby game, no matter what. My best friend Travis because we see greatness in each other, and challenge each other to be great.
